As part of the transparency policy, the Government presents a first provisional inventory of the equipment of the National Equipment Center that will be handed over to the Armed Forces of Haiti (FAd'H) in order to strengthen the capacities of the army with some of the new CNE personnel and this equipment.

The CNE has a workforce of 1,084 people, 26% women, 74% men. The personnel who are really active will not lose their jobs.

The CNE has 715 heavy machines, of which 469 (65.6%) are broken down, 163 (22.7%) are in working order, 57 (8%) are totally destroyed and 26 (3.6%) are damaged.
