The General Secretariat of the Presidency has the advantage of reminding the attention of the agents of the Public Administration, Commerce and Industry of the legal provisions determining outside of the National Holidays, more precisely the legal Holidays :

- Mardi Gras;

- Good Friday;

- Corpus Christi;

- The Assumption;

- October 17, Death of Dessalines;

- November 2, All Souls' Day;

- December 25, Christmas Day.

Consequently, referring to Articles 275, 275-1 and 275-2 of the Constitution of March 29, 1987 and Articles 1 and 2 of the Decree of May 23, 1989, the General Secretariat of the Presidency informs that the Public Administration, Commerce and Industry will be closed on Saturday, November 2, 2024 throughout the territory because of All Souls' Day. Nevertheless, according to customs, traditions and traditions, this measure will apply for November 1st, All Saints' Day.
