HU Cheng-hao, Ambassador of Taiwan (Republic of China) to Haiti, invited to attend the installation ceremony, conveyed the congratulations of the Taiwanese government to the new Prime Minister Alix Didier Fils-Aimé.

Ambassador HU, reaffirmed his willingness to stand alongside the Haitian Government and people to implement bilateral cooperation projects, in order to further strengthen the friendship that has united the two countries for 68 years.

In his speech, the new Prime Minister expressed his intention to work with partner countries to help the Transitional Government achieve its priorities, including restoring security and reviving the economy, in order to lay the foundations for sustainable development for the country.
