In Nan Franklin (Anse d'Hainault, Grand'Anse department), work is progressing on the construction of a new public square.

The Economic and Social Assistance Fund (FAES) is committed to improving the daily lives of residents in the most remote areas by providing them, among other things, with a healthy recreational space, particularly for young people.

A major step forward has been made with the completion of the foundation walls and the clear demarcation of this space, which is intended to become a landmark for the local community. Part of the Support Program for Strengthening Safety Nets for Vulnerable Populations (HA-J0005), this initiative is receiving funding from the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB).
