iciHaiti - NOTICE : Time change

Marie E. Régine Haddad, the Secretary General of the Presidency, reminds civil servants, private sector employees, and the general public that, according to the provisions of Article 2 of the Presidential Decree of March 7, 2012, the national time will be set back 60 minutes, starting at 2:00 a.m. on Sunday, November 2, 2025.

Article 2 - Starting at 2:00 a.m. on the first Sunday of November [November 2nd, 2025], the national time will be set back 60 minutes.

This means that when it is 2:00 a.m. on Sunday, November 2nd, 2025, clocks must be set back 60 minutes. It will then be 1:00 a.m.

Consequently, the General Secretariat of the Presidency invites the population to adjust to winter time to avoid any disruption to their daily activities.
