iciHaïti - Canada : First aid training and donation of an ambulance

As part of a skills development program for National Ambulance Center (CAN) personnel, from November 4 to 14, 2025, 30 paramedics and other medical staff received 60 hours of training thanks to the support of the Canadian Peace and Security Officers Training Association (CPSOTA).

This training aimed to enhance their knowledge, enabling them to respond more effectively and quickly in the field.

On Friday, November 14, the final day of the training, Renand Aristide, Director General of CAN, visited the site to encourage the participants. At this event, Harold Turnier, President of CPSOTA, announced the donation of an ambulance to strengthen CAN's response capacity.

The Director General welcomed this initiative, which he considers a concrete and valuable contribution to CAN's development and the improvement of services offered to the public.
