On Tuesday, December 30, 2025, as part of the continuity of leadership within the High Command of the Haitian National Police (PNH), Inspector General (IG) Jean Lionel Trécile officially installed IG Mario Aubergiste as the new Chief of Staff of Director General Vladimir Paraison. He succeeds IG Berson Soljour, who served in this position with dedication for the past five months.

With his extensive institutional experience, Mario Aubergiste's primary mission will be to support Vladimir Paraison in implementing the PNH's strategic priorities, particularly in the areas of coordination, internal management, and administrative oversight.

The Directorate General expresses its deep gratitude to IG Berson Soljour for his service in this role and extends its best wishes for success in his new position.
