Hébert Docteur signed two memoranda of understanding in Rome
Invited to the 35th Session of the Board of Governors of the International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD), held in Rome, Hébert Docteur, the Minister of Agriculture has signed two MoUs; one with IFAD and other with the Argentine Government on a draft Technical Cooperation of self production of fresh food. The demobilized soldiers will have to leave the bases they occupy
The Superior Council of the PNH on Wednesday met the Presidents (Senate and Lower House) of the Commission security, about the demobilized soldiers who occupy illegally former bases.
