Training in graphic arts
The National School of Arts (ENARTS) has launched this Monday, October 15, 2012, a training session of 15 days in "Graphic Arts" for alumni of the four departments, professors of the institution and students of Haiti Reporter Workshops will be held around three modules: "graphic art, reportage videographic and screen printing." This program has received in part the financial support of the Directorate General for External Relations of the Ministry ofspecialization the Walloon region.It should also enable teachers and students to benefit of specialization scholarships at the École Supérieure des Arts of Brussels.

New premises for INCAH
The National Institute of Haitian Coffee (INCAH) has new premises [inaugurated last Friday]. Built according the seismic standards, this modern building constructed in compliance, this new building will serve as headquarters for INCAH, it is situated near the Ministry of Agriculture.

President Martelly congratulate EU
The President of the Republic of Haiti, Michel Joseph Martelly, sent his congratulations to the EU for the award of the Nobel Peace Prize 2012. The Head of State congratulated the Union and its predecessors, which, for over six decades, have contributed to the promotion of peace, human rights, reconciliation, democracy and human rights in Europe.

Summit on the fight against extreme poverty
From 6 to 9 November 2012, at the Hotel Montana, the Government will hold a summit on the fight against extreme poverty, the government has invited various stakeholders, including the World Bank President Jim Yong Kim, the former President of the Dominican Republic Leonel Fernández which will discuss the various programs of social protection and assistance he has put in place in his country and of results. The Minister of Popular Economy of Ecuador, as well as the Prime Minister, Laurent Lamothe and various other ministers will intervene on the strategies.
