Haiti and Montenegro establish diplomatic relations
Resident representatives of Montenegro (Southern Europe) and Haiti to the United Nations in New York, Ambassador Milorad Šćepanović and Jean Wesley Cazeau, signed October 17, 2012, a protocol on the establishment of diplomatic relations between the two countries at Ambassadorial level. In an open conversation and friendly, the two diplomats discussed possibilities to further improve bilateral and multilateral cooperation between the two countries.

Haiti to the 17th Annual International Cultural Festival of Bahamas
The Botanical Garden in Nassau, Bahamas will host the 17th Annual International Cultural Festival, this weekend, 20 and 21 October 2012 from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm. 23 countries will be present and 25,000 visitors are expected. Haiti will be in booth #51 to promote the new image of the country and of tourism, and present the business opportunities for Bahamians.
