Significant network of forgers in Petion-ville
Monday Me Lucmane Delille, the Government Commissioner, stated that as a result of police operations conducted, the past weekend in the town of Petion-Ville, 7 criminals were apprehended including several forgers specializing in credit cards. One of them, known as 4 different identities, is presumed to be the head of a powerful network of forgers composed of Italians, Americans and Haitians.
Elections, the steps are "well underway"
Concerning the organization of forthcoming elections, the President Martelly has indicated that the steps was well underway and announced that a bicameral Commission, should be created shortly, with a mission to achieve the designation of three representatives of the Legislative Body of the College Transitional of Permanent Electoral Counci (CTCEP).
