The Diaspora asks for apologies

The speeches of Senators John Joël Joseph (West) and Jean Baptiste Bien Aimé (Northeast) of the party Fanmi Lavalas, are very badly received in the diaspora. In their speeches these two Senators advocate the division and qualify the members of the diaspora of traitors. They also argue that the Diaspora can not participate in the political affairs of Haiti. The Diaspora [which contributes 30% of Haiti's GDP] condemn these remarks and asks an immediate apology from these two senators and their party, Fanmi Lavalas.

Two refrigerated containers for the morgue

Wednesday, following a request from the Ministry of Health, two refrigerated containers have been installed by MINUSTAH to the morgue of Port au-Prince, following the closure of the only public institution mortuary of the country in order to carry out the repair of cold rooms and their refrigeration system.
