Bernardo Alvarez, president of Petróleos de Venezuela (PDVSA), in 24-hours visit in Haiti, accompanied by Prime Minister Lamothe and Ambassador of Venezuela to Haiti Pedro Antonio Canino Gonzalez visited the company SURTAB, Mr. Alvarez was very impressed by his visit.
