The National Police of Haiti, wish you a good carnival and reminds you a few rules: you must not buy a drink in a bottle (glass); do not enter on the path of Carnival with a knife, dagger, syringe... or other objects that could hurt others. Follow these rules for a good carnival !

Carnival: Call for caution

The Ministry of the Interior and Territorial Communities (MICT) in order to protect carnivalers, reminds them that the carnival is certainly a time of great emotional release but also of cultural fraternization. Also, the Ministry invites the public to exercise caution, understanding and solidarity in order to avoid any kind of problems that might disrupt the festivities during the three fat days. Hoping that these guidelines are respected, the Ministry wishes to all a Happy Carnival 2015.
