The main reasons given are social and political conditions in Haiti unfavorable because firstly the holding of elections and on the other hand the migration crisis with the Dominican Republic "We agreed with the authorities involved in Haiti and Adonis, that it was better to postpone this fight," declared Yvon Michel.
