Monday at the Toussaint Louverture International Airport, Stéphanie Balmir Villedrouin, the Minister of Tourism and Creative Industries (MTIC), held an update meeting with Julie Chavenet, the Responsible for the organization of the reception for the Carifesta XII.

To five days of the official launch of the XIIth edition of the Caribbean Festival of Arts (Carifesta) (21 to 30 August 2015), the Toussaint Louverture International Airport of Port-au-Prince, is preparing to welcome thousands of visitors from the 20 participating countries and many others, came to entertain to the largest festival of the Caribbean.

Several changes were made within the confines of the airport, the two most important:

- A kiosk of taxi drivers, ready to meet tourists and travelers transportation needs;

- The opening of a branch of the Banque Nationale de Credit (BNC) to facilitate the transactions of travelers.
