Following the sudden revocation last Friday, of the Consul General of Haiti in Montreal, Justin Viard https://www.haitilibre.com/en/news-15053-haiti-flash-justin-viard-consul-general-of-haiti-in-montreal-revoked.html a new Consul General was appointed and just entered office, it's Kurdy Laréche who was Vice Consul since 2012, then Consul in Montreal since 2014.

The reasons for this change are still not known, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs remains strangely silent on this matter that disrupts the Haitian community of Montreal, in the absence of explanation, leaving room for rumors...
