Mosler Georges, the Executive director of Provisional Electoral Council (CEP), informs the parties, political groups and voters of Petit bourg de Borgne in particular that on the evening of Saturday, October 24, individuals attacked and burned a convoy carrying the sensitive material intended for Petit bourg de Borgne for the voting center of the Catholic Church Marie chandelier (2 polling stations - BV), the National School of champagne (2 BV), the Community School of Bas Mollas (3 BV) and of the École Sainte Marie de Chicano (1 BV).

In order to enable voters assigned to these voting centers to vote, at least for the choice of a President, the CEP took the necessary steps to run these centers, this Sunday, from 10:00 am

It is understood that the elections for the posts of senators, of deputies and magistrates for the constituency of Borgne, will be resumed at a later date.

Moreover, police authorities were informed for appropriate action.
