iciHaiti - Literature : Soon the release of the last book of Dany Laferrière
The publishing house "Mémoire d'encrier" announces the release on November 10, 2015 of "Tout ce qu'on ne te dira pas, Mongo" (in the chronicle collection), a new book of the Quebec academician author of Haitian origin Dany Laferrière. This is the first book of Dany Laferrière wrote after his entry at the French Academy.

"Tout ce qu'on ne te dira pas, Mongo" :
"A summer afternoon, the writer meets on the rue Saint-Denis (Montreal) a young man, Mongo, who just landed in Montreal. He reminds him that other young man arrived in the same city in 1976. The same distress and the same determination. Mongo asks : how to fit into this new society ? They go into a cafe and starts the conversation as in a novel by Diderot".

It is at this serious and light tone, that the reader recognizes from the start, a book of Dany Laferrière. "This book is a long love letter to Quebec," says the Publishing house.
