iciHaiti - FLASH : A police officer shot dead on the Champ de Mars

Wednesday, near the Museum of Haitian National Pantheon (MUPANAH), on the Champ de Mars, an IV agent of the National Police of Haiti (PNH), Placide Jean-Louis, was mortally wounded by several bullets, confirmed the Justice of the Peace Mary Florence Nicolas, in charge of observation.
According to the Principal Inspector, Garry Desrosiers, Deputy Spokesman of the National Police of Haiti, the victim was returning from a commercial bank when he was killed by two unidentified men traveling on a motorcycle.
