Tuesday, Prime Minister, Enex Jean-Charles, in the presence among others of deputy of Pétion-Ville Jerry Tardieu, of the former DG of the RTNH, Pradel Henriquez, of Minister of Economy and Finance, Yves Romain Bastien, of Deputies, of the General Secretary General of the Primature, of senior executives and personalities from public administration and representatives of the FAES partners, proceeded to the installation firstly of the former Secretary General of the Primature under the adminstration Martelly-Lamothe, Lucien Francoeur to the position of Director General of the Economic and Social Assistance Fund (FAES), where he replaced Léon Ronsard St Cyr and secondly of Ms. Carmithe Israna Germain, which ensured the leadership of the Office of the National Program of hill lakes (PNLC), as Deputy Director General of the FAES which replaces Paul Moïse Gabriel https://www.haitilibre.com/en/news-17217-haiti-politic-the-nominations-continue.html
