iciHaiti - Elections : EDH explains about the Blackout

Following the general blackout of the metropolitan area and Mirebalais during the vote count on Sunday, November 20, the Electricity of Haiti explained that it had recorded a general trigger on its distribution grid in the metropolitan region and the Department of the Center at 6:07 p.m. following a variation in frequency, which caused the stop of the Central of Péligre.
While pointing out that this outage is not political, the EDH recalls that the grid was restored in less than an hour.
