iciHaiti - Social : Dominican army arrests 170 Haitians

Members of the Dominican army arrested 170 undocumented Haitians (men, women and children) who had illegally entered Dominican territory.
These arrests were carried out at the military checkpoints of Matas de Santa Cruz, Santa María and Copey Montecristi, as well as Cañongo and Don Miguel of Dajabón.
All our compatriots were taken to the headquarters of the 10th Infantry Battalion in Dajabon, where they were interrogated and identified, before being returned to Haiti by the immigration authorities.
