iciHaiti - Brazil : High-level delegation arrives soon 29/08/2017 08:45:16
During his stay in Haiti, Minister Jungmann and his delegation will meet with government authorities and will participate in the closing ceremony of the operations of the Brazilian Military contingent at the UN Mission for the Stabilization of Haiti (MINUSTAH), to be held on 31 August, at 7pm, at the base of the Brazilian Battalion (BRABAT), located at Camp General Jaborandy, Tabarre. The Brazilian peacekeepers will begin to leave Haiti gradually the next day. Members of the Brazilian delegation : - Senator Eunício Oliveira, President of the Federal Senate; - The deputy Rodrigo Maia ODRIGO, President of the Chamber of Deputies; - Admiral Eduardo Bacellar Leal Ferreira, Commander of the Brazilian Navy; - Brigadier-de-l'Air Nivaldo Luiz Rossato, Commander of the Brazilian Air Force; - Admiral Ademir Sobrinho, Head of the Joint Major Staff of the Armed Forces; - Army General João Camilo Pires de Campos, Military Commander of the Southeast, representing the Commander of the Army; - Senator Fernando Collor de Mello, President of the Committee on Foreign Relations and Defense of the Federal Senate; - Deputy Bruna Furlan, President of the Committee on Foreign Relations and Defense of the Chamber of Deputies; - Ambassador Fernando Simas Malgalhães, Undersecretary of Political Affairs, Multilateral, Europe and North America of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs; - Ambassador Nelson antônio Tabajara de Oliveira, Director of the Department of Defense and Security Affairs of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs; - Ambassador Maria Luisa Escorel de Moraes, Director of the Department of Multilateral Organizations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
