iciHaiti - Russia 2018 : A Haitian-American will play the official anthem

Three months before the start of the FIFA World Cup (Russia 2018), the Haitian-American singer-songwriter Jason Joel Desrouleaux aka "Jason Derulo", born in Miami in 1989 of Haitian parents, unveiled the Official anthem "Color" that he will perform in Russia at the opening ceremony of the World Cup on June 14th.

Jason released his first single "Whatcha Say" in May 2009 certified double platinum by RIAA. He was also number 1 on the "charts" in the United States and New Zealand. In December 2009, he released a second single "In My Head". In 2010 he released his first studio album entitled "Jason Derülo", then a second in September 2011 "Future History".
