Friday Michel Ange Commissioner Louis Jeune, new spokesman of the National Police of Haiti (PNH) since last August https://www.haitilibre.com/en/news-25136-haiti-news-zapping.html announced that a notice search and an arrest warrant had been issued against a dangerous and powerful Gang Leader, known as "Anel" who operates in Grand'Ravine, Martissant, village of God, among others became lawless, adding that several other search notices had also been issued against several of his alleged accomplices.
