iciHaiti - Conference-debate : Women and violence during the Duvalierist dictatorship

As part of the events organized around the International Day for the Elimination of Violence against Women, FOKAL organizes a series of activities around this theme.
December 7th at 5:00 pm Celia Romulus, researcher in political science specializing in gender, and another speaker, will enlighten us during a conference-debate, on the theme of women and violence during the Duvalier dictatorship (1957-1986).
This activity, open to the public, is also in line with the exhibition "Dictatorship and Resistance", presented in the FOKAL atrium until the end of December, as part of the project "Access to justice and the fight against impunity in Haiti ", in partnership with Avocats Sans Frontières Canada and with the support of the Canadian government.
