iciHaiti - Football : Call for non-violence and fair play

As part of the final day (Sunday, December 2), of the regular series of football championships of 1st and 2nd division, Edwing Charles, the Minister of Youth, Sports and Civic Action calls for no-violence to actors and spectators while inviting them to fair play despite the stakes of this decisive stage of competitions.

Minister Charles reminds clubs and their supporters that football must, in all circumstances, maintain its virtues of solidarity, tolerance and remain an indispensable tool of unity and social cohesion. He hopes that the respect of teammates, opponents, officials will prevail on the various issues that characterize this last day.

The Minister hopes that the Haitian Football Federation (FHF) will make all necessary arrangements for the smooth running of the various meetings scheduled this Sunday. He wish that the best win and encourage clubs that have not achieved their goals to continue working to regain their place among the elite next year to make them proud of their respective cities and regions.
