iciHaiti - Justice : Opening of the 7th session of training in International Law
Monday opened the 7th training session in International Human Rights Law (December 3rd to 13th) at the School of Magistracy in Port-au-Prince organized by the French Embassy in Haiti in partnership with the European Union and the Civil Society Initiative (SAI), under the supervision of the René Cassin Foundation (Strasbourg International Institute for Human Rights).

The theme chosen this year is "The fight against discrimination and the promotion of equality in international human rights law". This training, organized under the supervision of the René Cassin Foundation (International Institute for Human Rights in Strasbourg), is provided by trainers from abroad and from Haiti: Yannick Lécuyer, HDR Certified Senior Lecturer, University Angers; Roger-Claude Liwanga, Associate Professor, Emory University School of Law, Researcher at the FXB Center for Health and Human Rights, Harvard University, and Sebastien Gillioz, Human Rights Officer, Asia-Pacific Division, Cooperation Division technical and field operations, Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights.
