iciHaiti - Education : The former Minister Fleurant will do a doctorate in international law in Quebec
The former Minister of Planning Aviol Fleurant, under the Moise-Lafontant Government https://www.haitilibre.com/en/news-25495-haiti-news-zapping.html in search of knowledge decided to do his doctoral studies in International law at Laval University in Quebec, with the environment as a field of research.

Explaining "Going far in search of knowledge to get to know oneself better, better know-how and let know can have a price : that of be more useful to his country and his people," stating "Being both a global issue and a challenge of sustainable development for Haiti whose panorama shows a vegetation cover of less than 2%, I chose the Environment as a field of research [...] I go with the determination to return with a head better made to serve my country, his brave people and this dignified youth that I love very much [...]".
