iciHaiti - Petit-Goâve : Dismantling of a gang in Vialet

Petit-Goâve police arrested five individuals during an operation in Vialet this week : Jean-Louis Emmanuel aka "Manno", Racine Joseph aka "Célidé", reputed to be very violent. According to reports, these two men were leading a gang and a network in Vialet. Police found at Manno house about 2 Kg of marijuana.
Moreover, the Police Commissioner, Julbert Conseillant, confirmed that the police officers of Petit-Goâve police station arrested the same day, Lendon Benson Jacques aka "Fat", Elizée Innocent aka "Zero tolerans" and Racine Joseph accused of theft and criminal association, found in possession of several stolen materials, which would be linked to this network.
