Note from the PNH : "In accordance with the requirements of Article 20; provisions 202 of the manual of the general directives of the National Police of Haiti, to the orders of the Chief Commander a.i, Rameau Normil, the Departmental Director of the West, the Divisional Commissioner Goodson Jeune, proceeded, Saturday, November 23, 2019, to the installation of the Principal Commissioners Marie Dieunane Joseph Borgelin and Gospel Monelus; respectively at the head of the commissariats of the arrondissements of Croix des Bouquets and Arcahaie. Their predecessors, the Chief Commissioners Clevens Cétoute and Jacques Ader were transferred to the Departmental Direction of the West (DDO). These changes have been made with a view to greater efficiency in the jurisdictions of the Croix-des-Bouquets and Arcahaie Commissariats." IH/ iciHaiti
