US Embassy Congratulates four former State Department fellows Dr. Elie Joseph (Community Solutions Program), Dr. Lesly Joseph (Fulbright), Dr. Valesca Saint Cyr and Dr. Cesaire Watson (YLAI Fellowship) for their induction as fellows of the International College of Dentists (ICD), which recognizes outstanding dentists who are improving the lives of individuals through their work.

Currently located in 122 countries, the ICD has been honoring the world's leading dentists since 1920, upholds the highest standards of professional competence and personal ethics, and recognizes distinguished service to the dentistry profession worldwide.
