iciHaiti - Education : Corrections in certificates and transcripts

Meniol Jeune, the Director General of the Ministry of National Education informs that a Commission has been formed to rule on requests for correction in certificates and transcripts. This Commission will have 30 days to submit its report to the Director General and the Minister.

Text of the circular :

"Considering the many pending requests for corrections to be made in certificates and transcripts, in accordance with legal requirements ;

Considering the numerous cases of fraud noted in certain requests ;

Considering the freezing of any request for correction in the certificates and transcripts decided by the Ministry of National Education and Professional Training (MENFP) for some time ;

Considering the public service mission of MENFP which must support the population in compliance with standards ;

Considering that there is a need to establish a clear and precise protocol, respecting legal requirements, for the requested changes in certificates and transcripts ;

The Ministry of National Education and Vocational Training (MENFP) has decided to set up a working committee to decide on these changes and make a proposal on the approach to be followed by decision-makers.
