In order to better serve its insured, the Directorate General of the Office of Work Accident, Sickness and Maternity Insurance (OFATMA) recently inaugurated a new branch located in Tabarre at #88, Tabarre 44 extended.

It was the Reverend Father Anicette Guetchine who carried out the traditional blessing of the building.

The Mayor of Tabarre, Nice Simon was visibly very satisfied that such a project was born in her commune and declared that the main beneficiaries will be the entrepreneurs of the commune and their employees. Now, the bosses of the city’s private companies have a duty to take out insurance cover for their employees so that they and their dependents are covered in the event of illness, incapacity or invalidity.

In his remarks for the occasion, Agabus Joseph, the Director General of OFATMA welcomed this public-public partnership between the Town Hall of Tabarre and OFATMA "This inauguration is proof that the main beneficiary will always be the population when State entities join forces." He asked all the employees of this branch to make the maximum effort and rise to the challenges that await them in order to be as close as possible to the insured.
