Monday January 20 in Liancourt (Dept. Artibonite) an operation of the National Police of Haiti (PNH) allowed the arrest of 10 individuals, presumed members of the fearsome Gang "Gran Grif" based in Savien which terrorizes the population of the area and the users of National #1, Gang which would be responsible among other things for murders, kidnappings, diversion of goods and house fires...

These individuals have been identified as : Charlandie Luberiste, Delorme Zenden, Desty Cheldo, Emmanuel Fendy, Frinel Louis, Louis Emilet, Louis Livenson, Mario Simon, Sénat Medy and Walguens Nelson confirmed the chief commissioner Jacques Ade, head of the Commissariat de Saint- Marc.

In addition, on Saturday January 18, Charles Jumelle, presumed right hand of Dieuné César aka "Kilikou" (on the run) was arrested.

The day before (Friday 17), the PNH had arrested a dozen bandits in Les Cayes (South Department) during a joint operation with the Les Cayes prosecution.
