Recall that Chibly Langlois (born November 29, 1958 in the Vallée de Jacmel) was ordained a priest on September 22, 1991 (diocese of Jacmel), then April 8, 2004, Pope John Paul II appointed him Bishop of Fort-Liberté before to be transferred to Les Cayes in 2011.
