In a note, the Town Hall of Cap-Haitien thanks and congratulates the 350th Commission, the Carnival Committee, partner institutions in the region including the Ministry of Culture, the Press and festival-goers, for their contribution to the "almost complete success" Tuesday, February 25, of the third day of carnival festivities, in a difficult socio-economic and political context.

The Cap-Haïtien Town Hall also thanks and congratulates "[...] the Haitian National Police, Municipal Security Agents, the Municipal Corps of Firefighters and Civil Protection who understood the need to secure the thousands of carnivalists who won the streets of the Cité Christophienne to take part in the third day of the carnival festivities in a spirit of solidarity and community without equal. No incidents have been recorded so far."

The Town Hall of Cap-Haitien finally thanks and congratulates, "[...] with great pride, the Septentrional orchestras, Tropicana of Haiti, the groups Bèl Look, Frèfrè Band and Anbyans for all the sacrifices they have made in order to meet the expectations of the thousands of festival-goers who came from all over to have fun and let off steam, putting aside all political considerations and social affiliations.
