"Consequently, please take steps, on the one hand to sensitize the staff placed under your respective commands for the respect of these health instructions and on the other hand to pass them instructions for the implementation of preventive police measures [curfew, prohibition of groups of more than 10 people, closings of shops, schools, textile factories, churches etc...]" and requires a report on the execution of these measures in all the jurisdictions of the country.
