In these difficult times for the population, the Head of State called on all the Ministers to engage with the people, recalling that it is everyone's responsibility to work tirelessly to give results to the populations in all areas.

"[...] Today in front of the people, I ask you to make the commitment to put all your capacities, your will and your passion to serve the country.

Do not stop, as long as the objectives on which we are working are not reached, so that every day in Haiti life is better than the day before.

Take care never to forget who the Chief is, we only have one boss [...] it is the Haitian people and we are their employees, we work every day for them.

[...] It is order, work, honesty, commitment and discipline which must distinguish this new Government. [...]"
