On Tuesday at Prime Minister Joseph Jouthe’s official residence, the Ministers and Secretaries of State were tested for Covid-19.

"Members of my government and I have just been tested for COVID-19, at the official residence. An action that invites citizens to be more vigilant, tolerant and courageous in this difficult time.

I agree to make the results of my COVID-19 test public, as a sign of respect and transparency towards the population.

If my test is positive, I hope to have the courage to continue to serve my country even during the isolation," said the Head of Government.
