Tuesday after boycotting the operation of the city's main health centers, paramedics from the Artibonite network who have been on work stoppage for several weeks, ransacked facilities intended to facilitate the care of people contaminated by Covid- 19, on the site of the Hospital La Providence des Gonaïves, destroying the tents and various materials, overturning the furniture and the beds and brutalizing a guard who was on the scene who wanted to prevent them from ransacking the installations...
These exasperated demonstrators demand of the General Directorate of the National Ambulance Center (CAN) their appointment and the payment of more than 3 years of back wages and threatens to harden their means of pressure, if they do not obtain satisfaction their demands.
