Monday May 18, around 5:00 p.m., a rowboat heading toward Cocoyer Beach capsized off Soula, a coastal locality of Trouchouchou, 3rd communal section of Petit-Goâve.

The overload of the boat, with a capacity of 6 passengers and which transported more than 20 young people who wanted to go to the beach, is the cause of this drama of the sea where 4 people perished drowned : Jean Jackson, Mardoché Lafleur , Enoch Noel and Kenley (a police officer).
