The delegation visited 3 parks and sports centers in the Northeast :

The Ouanaminthe sports park, a multisport field with stands and a kiosk, offers the possibility of organizing socio-cultural activities. A model to adopt of which part of the fence must be repaired.

The Manquette sports center deserves major interventions on the playing surface, in the locker rooms and the toilet blocks, among others.

Significant investments are to be made at St Joseph Park in Fort-Liberté where the delegation observed the absence of cloakrooms, toilet blocks and necessary corrections on the playing surface.

Saturday The Milot sports park and the Grand Pré training center were visited

Designed without the technical advice of the ministry, the Milot Sports Park does not have toilet blocks or a sprinkler system for the maintenance of the natural grass playing surface. Located in Barrière Battant and equipped with multisports ground and a pyramid kiosk, the park is underused with badly placed cloakrooms and a metal structure which is today very oxidized.

Covering an area of 29 ha, the Grand Pré center is a training center for young people in agricultural techniques, construction of earthquake-resistant buildings, computers, etc... The space which was used to train Multiplier Change Agents (AMC), brigadiers of Civic Action requires sanitation and repair of the generator. Interventions are also necessary in the refectory and in the dormitories.
