On Saturday in Delmas 75, more precisely, on Street Lespinasse near the Espoir hospital, 3 people were shot dead : Norvella Bellamy (56), Daphnée Fils-Aimé, the mother of her son and a man whose identity has not been communicated.
According to Me Jean Flaury Raymond, the Deputy Justice of Delmas, the 3 victims participated in a meeting that went wrong.
Jacques Lafontant, the Government Commissioner of Port-au-Prince, on the spot with the scientific police evoked a political meeting of 5 to 6 people when the incident broke out for a reason still unknown.
