iciHaiti - Social : A wave of Haitians tries to cross into the Dominican Republic
Sunday morning, members of the Specialized Land Border Security Corps (Cesfront) arrested 96 Haitian nationals who entered the Dominican Republic en masse and illegally through a poorly guarded area of the border.
CESFRONT members using drones and all-terrain vehicles launched a vast hunt for migrants. 96 Haitians (51 men, 25 women and 20 minors) have beenarrested and handed over to the migration services for their repatriation to Haiti.
