iciHaiti - Carrefour : Construction of the Emmanuel Charlemagne Cultural Center

Jean Emmanuel Jacquet, the Director General of the National Book Directorate (DNL) went to Carrefour, at the invitation of the Mayor of the Municipality Jude Édouard Pierre, in order to inquiere about the construction work of the Emmanuel Charlemagne Cultural Center, a vast project lasting 8 months which will notably house the municipal library, a cinema room and a multimedia center.
Note that this Center is funded by Carrefour Town Hall, the Ministry of Planning and External Cooperation and the Ministry of the Interior and Local Authorities.
For the DNL, this involves supporting the municipality in the management of the library (administrative and technical staff), its structuring and its implementation for books and other equipment.
