In accordance with the instructions of Rameau Normil Director General ai and Commander-in-Chief of the National Police of Haiti (PNH), the Divisional Commissioner Harington Rigaud, Director of the National Police Academy (ANP), assisted by several executives of the Directorate of studies, met a few days before entering the ANP a group of 80 candidates who had passed the police inspector entrance examination.

For 5 months, these student inspectors (3rd promotion) will be trained intensively at the police academy.

In his intervention, the Divisional Commissioner Harington Rigaud explained that course modules focusing specifically on leadership, management, multidimensional security and professional technical intervention management (GTPI) will, among others, be inculcated to the candidates in order to prepare them to be true middle executives of command ready to serve. In other words, responsible police officers capable of carrying out their mission with science and competence.
