By order of the Director General ai Rameau Normil, Commander-in-Chief of the Haitian National Police (PNH), the Divisional Commissioner Berson Soljour was installed as new Central Director of the Administrative Police ai. He replaces the Inspector General at this post, Mario Aubergiste.

The Division Commissioner Berson Soljour comes from the ranks of the 1st Promotion of the National Police of Haiti in 1995, beneficiary of a scholarship as part of a cooperation program between the PNH and the French police. He is also part of the 68th Promotion of Commissioner of the National School of Police (ENSP) of Saint Cyr (France). From 2014 to 2018, he was successively Departmental Director of the PNH in the departments of Artibonite, Grand'Anse and West. Before this promotion as Central Director of the Administrative Police a.i., he held the post of Deputy Central Director of the Administrative Police.
