Thursday, October 22, as part of Operation "Terminator I", the Haitian National Police (PNH) arrested an individual, identified as Jocelyn Compère (50 years old), accused of rape on a 11-year-old girl, in the commune of Thomassique (Dept. of the Center)
According to Commissioner Joël Bellefleur of the Thomassique police station, several complaints and statements from the inhabitants of the area denounced the behavior of this sexual predator...
The Justice of the Peace is currently working on the case which will be referred to the municipal prosecutor's office for legal proceedings.
